Whenever a position is required, we advertise through our website or newspaper. Once applications from multiple sources are received, they are screened and are assessed for the job based on experience & qualification.
Candidates are then short-listed for an interview, however some of the applications may remain in our database for future use. In the interview, they will be tested and the most suitable candidate will be selected for the position.
